As we understand Southern California to be a competitive consulting environment, our business model allows for a more cost effective project solution to sometimes include 1.5 project consultants and a 25% reduction in rates relative to the larger staffing/consulting firms. We maintain a special source of well qualified consultants for each project where all Allectus LLC consultants are lead, directed and report to Luis Luarca as he manages each project, on site. All of our consultants are MBAs and or CPAs, Excel GURUs, SAP, Great Plains, PeopleSoft, SOX, SEC, Strategic doers and thinkers.
We have the experience and the talent to complete your accounting project on time and on budget. There are many larger firms out there that will sell you on the idea that they’ve been in the trenches as you have and they understand the importance of your project deadlines. Well, we’re probably the only ones that can say that very same thing where it is actually true.
We also re-engineer business processes to reorganize businesses.
